Mind Watching



Uncritically observe your mental diet and make the connection between your inner script and your outer life.

To be a Master you are At Cause and you take full responsibility for your state of mind. The Quantum Field in which everything exists, judges nothing. It expresses all our thoughts and presents them to us in the outer world so that we can experience our creations first hand. If you are not able to accept this, then being at effect becomes your reality. We are always in control but we can believe or pretend that we are lack that control.

It is thus imperative that you revise any wrong thinking as they come up. All wrong thought always has the one common thread : that I can be at the mercy of something outside of me. This is a Newtonian and primitive response to reality. It is not Quantum living but reactivity.

If your mental diet is negative and you are stuck in the script of grievances, it is unlikely you will be happy and fulfilled.

If your imaginal act is one of how life is unfair to you, you will also witness the outer situations in which you feel yourself to be unfairly treated.

Your inner and outer are One. This is Self-Mastery. It it total inclusivity and the recognition of yourself as One.

When you first start watching your mind, you may feel out of sorts and unusually fatigued. Judge nothing. There are many layers of built-in resistance that will have you wanting to continually hit the snooze button. Ego self preservation is very strong. In Abundant Willingness, your desire to be free is stronger. The “demons” of the past will come up and remind you that you still are unworthy.  Be vigilant.

One form of resistance is the fear of change. Change from the perspective of the limited is always associated with threat and hostility instead of healing and opportunity. Fear of the unknown is irrational. You cannot be fearful of something that you do not know yet. Judge nothing. As you become conscious of this resistance, you are also free from it. Be persistent and consistent.

Another form of resistance is the mental habit of giving up when it starts to feel uncomfortable. Judge nothing. When we fight ourselves, we only create more struggle and unnecessary suffering. What we resist, persists and what we judge, we sustain. And what we come to accept and bring into the light of awareness, also releases us. Be Love. Whatever Love looks upon will transform that which is unloving.

As you persist in this activity, there will come a tipping point where it is no longer about the content of the survival-oriented mind. You will see through its illusory structures. It will be the Recognition of the Self that is the Source of All creation.

You will recognize that all unhappiness and powerlessness was but a case of mistaken identity.

The absence of unhappiness is HAPPINESS.

The absence of powerlessness is POWER

The absence of limitation is LIMITLESSNESS.

The absence of a mistaken identity is AUTHENTICITY.

As you start to expand the boundaries of awareness, you also start to see the self made psychological trap that kept you in conflict and resistance and blind to Beauty and Truth. Be thankful that when fear, doubt, and anger come up, they are showing you what no longer works. See the past miscreations as an opportunity for forgiveness and an incentive to release without triggering  more self hatred, frustration, misery and neurosis.

Negativity is like a bottom feeder. It creates deeper and encrusted mental patterns of self-sabotage. It is a downward spiral into more irrationality, separate thinking and fear.

When you can see the meaningless of this self-attack, you also see the higher possibility of FREEDOM and MASTERY.


Reverse Engineer a negative situation

Ask yourself “What am I believing about this situation and about myself?”

When 1 was 16 years old I suffered from a serious bout of abdominal pain which resulted in an auto-immune disorder. I fully recovered in 10 months.  Some 15 years later, the same thing would happen but this time, the doctors could not find anything medically wrong with me.

This was a particularly dark period which coincided with my Dark Night of the Soul. And having spent years trying to look for a solution in the world and not finding it, I was finally ready to go within and ask the inevitable question “Wherein did I cause this to happen?”

What transpired was another few years of trial and error, and finding an inner resolution, healing and understanding of why my life was the way it was.  I remembered my incessant prayer to be struck with a disease that would help me not be drafted into the army. I got my answer at age 16. I remembered my prayer for me to manifest wisdom in order to heal and understand how Truth works.  All my symptoms started to leave me. We are the Prayer. And it sure ain’t a long distance call.

You see the quantum field, in which all things exist, does not judge anything. It gives expression to all our wishes and decisions be they made in ignorance, in indifference or in awareness.  We always experience what we wish. This is true mastery where we see that every fearful thought or unloving narrative is illusory that no longer pulls on our attention.


“Every thought you have contributes to truth or illusion; either it extends Truth or multiplies illusions.. every thought you have either brings love or fear, peace or war……There is such a temptation to dismiss fear and guilty thoughts as unimportant, trivial and not worth bothering about that it is essential you recognize them all as equally destructive, but equally unreal.

And when I saw that I could clearly, with laser point accuracy, trace every negative situation in my life to a thought or belief, it was as if I cracked the code to life. All of my unhappiness, depression and sickness was a case of mistaking myself to be a wounded child instead of a child of God.

There is a small particle of God in every one of us. You are a child of God and your life is God’s dream. By shaping your own reality with the power of intention, you fulfil God’s will. Your intention is God’s intention. As this is the case, how can you doubt that your intention will be realised? All it takes is to claim the right. When you ask God for something, it is just the same as if God had asked something of himself. Can God really ask something of his or her self? Is there any one person alive from whom God would ask for something for himself or herself? God just takes what he (she) wants. Do not ask, demand or strive. Shape your own reality by way of conscious intention.

Journalling is a precious gift and tool. In putting down my thoughts, beliefs and stories on paper, I could no longer be in denial of the content of my mind and what was at the heart of suffering. It was a deep woundedness that couldn’t be ignored anymore. I had to face the music.

If the majority of your thoughts are related to unresolved and negative experiences, then your mind is hardwired to expect that. You will live through the prejudice of defensiveness and life will get worse with each day. The opposite is also true. Truth is simple, clouded by layers of complexity, twisted thinking and defenses. 

Defenses like avoidance, suppression and attack are set up to protect you from feeling a particular way but they also stop you from exposing what needs to be healed.  It’s a double dose of self affliction that keeps you rehashing on an unresolved remembered past. We  don;t allow ourselves to move on.

It’s only when we can set things right within ourselves that the world will turn around to reflect that change.

Expand your comfort zone

Push the boundaries of your awareness. We do not know what we do not know. Take a cold shower. Practice holding yoga postures. Learn to do a headstand if you so wish. 

A goal should be something that excites you and also frightens you at the same time. Whenever we can get out of our comfort zone, we bring into our awareness, another limitation that we can let go of.

The Serenity Prayer.

 God, grant me the serenity to accept the things that i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Go for the wisdom. “Seek ye the kingdom of God first and everything else will be added unto you”. You are the kingdom of God. You are the Prayer. You are. I AM.
